The Oberoi Hotel and Branded Residences has just received Mostadam Gold Design Stage Certification. This is the second certification on Wadi Safar, following the news in late 2024 that the Golf Club Academy and Golf Club House also achieved their Mostadam Gold Design Stage Certification. Mostadam is a green building rating system developed by the Ministry of Housing of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and administered by Sustainable Building.
